Getting started
For a quick start and trying the app for the first time: Pick a workout (red arrow) Your workout time is above A and press the button above B to start.
Now you see your workout screen. Press C to start and punch (X). Your next punch is under (Y). Other buttons are:
- A: Stop and go back
- B: Toggle sound
- C: play / pause
- D: Start over
